Who we are
Mizaha is the directory of places and services in Madagascar: a mobile app and a website that help everyone find a restaurant, a pharmacy, a hotel or a craftsman nearby.
Our mission
Make the Malagasy local economy visible. Thousands of businesses work every day without any online presence: Mizaha gives them a clear listing, findable by proximity, with opening hours, contact details and reviews.
The service is free for users, and basic listing is free for businesses.
What Mizaha does
In practice, the app and the website let you:
- search for a place or a service by proximity, in every major city of Madagascar
- check opening hours, contact details and photos of businesses
- read and leave reviews
- for professionals: create or claim their listing and keep it up to date
The team
Mizaha is designed and built in Antananarivo by a small Malagasy product and field team. We know the cities we cover because we live in them.
The team speaks French, Malagasy and English, and personally answers every message sent through the contact page.
How listings are verified
Business listings are manually reviewed by our team before publication: every sign-up or claim request is checked (the business exists, the contact details are consistent) within 1–2 business days.
Spotted an error or an outdated listing? Report it through the contact page and we will fix it quickly.
